TENANCY INFORMATION
To submit a Tenancy Application please fill out the forms below in their entirety, and fax them to us at (209) 231-5573. You can also pick up or drop off the applications at our Pine Grove office located inside the SH&P Real Estate Office at 19710 Highway 88 (next door to Pine Grove Pizza). One Authorization Form and Application needs to be completed for each applicant over the age of 18. There is a $35.00 background check fee for each applicant over the age of 18. This amount is not refundable once credit check has been run and is to be paid in the form of Cashiers Check, Money Order or Cash made payable to Ideal Property Management Group.Application Form - PDF (Click Here)
